STEM Outreach
USC Viterbi STEM Educational Outreach Programs (STEM-EOP) is a program of the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering whose mission is to increase the number of educationally disadvantaged and underrepresented K-12 students who matriculate to four-year universities and graduate with degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Intro to Biomedical Research for Girls
BiomediGirls is a student-run organization that offers virtual courses and webinars to immerse young middle school and high school students in the basics of biomedical research. They host renowned speakers from across the country and teach research intuition by allowing students to engage in investigative research.
USC Recreational Sports Program for Youth
USC Recreational Sports is proud to be affiliated with several community outreach programs, all of which provide sports and educational opportunities for the youngsters in the communities surrounding both the University Park Campus and Health Science Campus.

Civic Engagement
The Annenberg Youth Academy for Media and Civic Engagement is a four-week summer intensive academy for 26 talented high school students from the communities surrounding the USC University Park and Health Science Campuses. Students are exposed to the equivalent of first-year college-level courses and develop a rich conceptual understanding and practice of the necessary role that media communications and journalism play in fashioning civic-minded thought leaders and innovators.
CS@SC Summer Camps Home
The CS@SC Summer Camps provide underrepresented K12 students with an opportunity to explore topics that are not typically covered in traditional curricula, specifically topics in computer science including stand-alone programming, web development, mobile app creation, and robotics.
